MISSION DISTRICT SPECIFIC PLAN
The Mission District Specific Plan is a comprehensive set of tools created to reinvigorate San Gabriel’s Mission District. The main goal of the plan is to improve the area’s economic success by infusing people into the District. This is accomplished through mixed use developments along Mission Drive and improved architectural standards. The plan includes development regulations, architectural standards, standards for preserving sites of cultural significance, and methods of improving traffic and parking issues.
