Clayton Anderson came to San Gabriel from the City of Tustin where he coordinated the City’s Code Enforcement activities and the City’s water quality inspection and enforcement program.

Clayton holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Forensic Science. He is originally from Baltimore Maryland and has lived in California since 2000 with his lovely wife Heather, three beautiful children Sydney, Nicholas, and Gabriel, and his two dogs Biscuit and Ruffian. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, running and Martial Arts.

Jorge Reyes Arellano has over 13 years experience in the field of Code Enforcement.  Jorge began his career in the City of Lynwood where he started as a Code Enforcement Officer and was promoted to Code Enforcement Manager.   As the Code Enforcement Manager, Jorge implemented numerous community oriented code enforcement programs.

Jorge has worked in diverse communities throughout Southern California.  Mr. Arellano worked a special task force with the L. A. County Sheriff’s COPS Team in addition to special details with the Los Angeles County Health Department.   Jorge has experience inspecting both multiple family dwellings and Section 8 Housing units.

Jorge is a dedicated husband and father of two.  In his spare time he pursues his love of art and photography.

Edwin comes to us from the City of Baldwin Park and the City of Duarte. He has extensive code enforcement and public safety experience.   Edwin will proactively address blighted properties and work with the community to reinforce community partnerships.
