After receiving Planning approval, submit three complete dimensioned and scaled drawings
(on 24"x36" sheets only) to the Building and Safety Division, between the hours of 8AM-2PM and 4-4:30PM.
Plans must include the following:
· Site Plan
· Utilities (existing and proposed)
· Street Centerline
· Sewer (lateral and mainline)
· Driveway Width
· Street Improvements
· Street Light Locations
Complete and thorough plans are required in order for staff to review and respond in a timely manner. INCOMPLETE PLANS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Applicants are encouraged to meet with an Engineering Division staff member, during regular counter hours, to conduct a completeness review of the application.
