The Administration Division is responsible for personnel management; grant administration; compliance with federal, state and regional mandates; intergovernmental and legislative activities; contract administration and administrative support to all departments. Administration carries out the policies established by the City Council and keeps residents informed about City affairs.

Administration is also responsible for special projects; investigating and resolving citizen complaints; tourism and public relations activities.
